Jim and Suzanne Du Molin have worked together for over 12 years. Jim handles the practice management side of the business. Suzanne takes care of the personal financial planning for their nationwide client base. They are considered the number one dental financial and management couple in the nation.

They speak nationally to a wide variety of dental organizations. Suzanne specializes on personal financial issues. Jim is currently focused on The Future of Dentistry & Advanced Marketing.

Suzanne has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and Masters Degree in Tax & Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She is considered to be the brains of the organization.

Jim specializes in staff incentive programs and new patient marketing.

Together, they have developed the MasterPlan Alliance as two-phase program to help dentist, and their significant others, achieve their personal and practice goals.

Phase-one is a 3-day Strategy Retreat held in Tiburon, California. Phase-two is a comprehensive, year-long implementation program to coach the doctors through the Action Plans they developed during the Retreat.
